Blogging isn’t my “job” but after years of struggle with toooo many issues to list, I decided I owed it to myself & those around me to be honest & practical with how I’ve managed to stay sane (mostly..) in a crazy world!

What originally started as a way to keep track of my training for marathon running & a means to update my friends & family, eventually became just another lifestyle blog. That’s not a bad thing – you might say?
No, it’s not. But it’s far from where this blog was intended to lead.
So, as you scroll through my archived posts & recipes you might see the odd image labelled Running on Clean – there’s no way I was going to waste time changing all of those! Ain’t nobody got time for that.
My life has become so much more than that & as a result so has this blog.
